Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot re-dispatch orders lost due to incorrect address details without an additional charge.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made prior to dispatch.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines under UK pharmacy regulations. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly.
